ABOUT GENESIS TOLOZA

I am an alumna of the University of Aruba, where I studied Social Work and Development. My background has always been rooted in connecting with people, understanding their needs, and finding creative ways to make a meaningful impact. Over the years, however, I’ve come to realize that my interests extend beyond one field.

Since the age of 17, I’ve worked, volunteered, and completed internships across different industries. These experiences allowed me to explore different areas of work and ultimately sparked my interest in the business world, particularly in marketing, communication, and creative strategy.

Today, as Marketing Coordinator at BOLD, I bring together my passion for people, creativity, and business. I am involved in developing and executing marketing initiatives, creating content, strengthening our brand presence, and finding new ways to connect BOLD with our audience. I enjoy turning ideas into meaningful campaigns and continuously look for opportunities to bring fresh perspectives and creative solutions to the table.

I believe that growth comes from staying curious and being open to learning. While I plan to pursue a master’s degree in Business Administration in the future, my current focus is on expanding my skills, gaining hands-on experience, and continuing to grow within the business and marketing world.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, painting, going to the beach with friends (like most people living on an island), spending time with my family, working out, gardening, and, most importantly, dancing, especially when no one is watching.
